The Pillar Vertical Plank System reestablishes posture and the entire core region is fully stabilized. In addition, the ‘kinetic chain’ is fully activated while recruiting an abundance of muscle groups to maintain a true ‘Pillar Plank’ position. Be sure to watch the video below!

Each Pillar Vertical Plank System is proudly designed, built, and manufactured in Marion, Ohio.
The traditional prone plank is supported by research as adequate exercise when targeting anterior core muscles. Moreover, variation of the prone plank show that making the exercise more strenuous can provide more benefit.
With PILLAR, we have innovated an intense variation. Our upright device provides challenging exercises from a safer, upright, and athletic posture. The preliminary data shows increased muscle activation and blood lactate values when compared to the prone plank.
PILLAR provides a variety of options to engage the athlete’s core system.
